Storytelling Project

Projects are due through the submission form below by
August 21, 2022 by 5:00pm

Objective:

As members of a community, we have first hand knowledge of what it means to live a life here, so let's share our stories from our individual perspectives. Maybe you’ve always wanted to share that special story about your families time here. Maybe there’s someone in town you think is doing something amazing and should be highlighted. Maybe you just want to share what a day in your life is like.

There are no rules…we just want to learn what is important to you about living here in this community. Maybe it’s highlighting something good, something that works…but maybe it’s bringing attention to issues we should be addressing as a community. Share with us your voice.

Rules:

Stories must be submitted by August 21 by 5pm.
Stories can be in any format but must have a visual media (photo or video) element tied to it. So feel free to include written or spoken word, but capture some visual imagery to tie into it.
Stories will be shared on various community social feeds with credit given back to the creator.

Prizes:

3 winners will be chosen for cash prizes + audience favorite announced at the community gear swap

An afternoon where you can bring all that gear you bought for that one project you never completed, and hopefully give it new life with others in the photographic community.

We will have tables set up, so you can set your gear out for sell/trade.
